Emercode is an emergency medical information platform. It allows users to store medical information and share it with emergency responders via QR code. Emercode is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all medical information you provide. Emercode is not liable for any harm resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

4. Medical disclaimer

Emercode provides a platform for information sharing only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek professional medical advice in an emergency.

5. Hospital and responder accounts

Hospital staff and emergency responders must be verified by Emercode before accessing patient data. Unauthorized access to patient data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Data security

While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. By using Emercode, you acknowledge that you share your data at your own risk and that Emercode is not liable for data breaches beyond its reasonable control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse patient data, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
